Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Carlos Aguirre travels the globe as an expert speaker on self-development topics and experienced trainer in soft-skills programs for international enterprises such as AstraZeneca, Boehringer-Ingelheim and Omnilife, among others.  An engaging and accomplished instructor, Mr. Aguirre is in high-demand for management coaching program facilitation and as an executive coach for managers, directors and team members across a wide-range of professions.

Mr. Aguirre’ s extensive experience and diverse education have propelled him to the top of his field.  He earned degrees in both clinical psychology  (Universidad ITESO) and music (Master of Music,  University of Colorado),  and is a Practitioner and Master of Neuro Linguistic Programing.  He holds  multiple advanced certifications, including Certified Coach from the International School of Coaching in Barcelona, Spain (ACSTH-ICF) and Certified Executive Coach from the International Academy of Coaching Studies in Mexico City. 

Also a practicing clinical psychotherapist, Mr. Aguirre has received advanced training in Ericksonian Hypnosis from the Mexican NLP Institute with Dr. Jeffrey Zeig and in Music Therapy from Naropa Institute in Boulder, CO and the Music Therapy Association of Bourgogne in France (A.M.B).
